ETHAN EINWOHNER - President & Portfolio Manager
Mr. Einwohner has over 15 years of experience in financial analysis, transaction leadership and operating company strategy.
Mr. Einwohner is the Founder and President of Recurrent Capital, a New York City based bridge finance fund that lends to and takes equity positions in micro and small cap domestic operating companies. His specialties include: equity and debt valuation, investment banking analysis (capital structure optimization, M&A modeling, valuation of cash flowing assets); new business evaluation & strategy; portfolio construction and analytics; and business development. Ethan has previously held executive positions with semiconductor, cyber-security, enterprise software and financials services companies. He served as both Director of Business Strategy & Development, as a Director, Portfolio Management & Strategy at Cantor Fitzgerald; and as COO and Managing Director of Investment Banking at VCG Securities. His Cantor responsibilities included: micro-cap equity and high yield bond analysis; portfolio management; construction of alternative investment portfolios; hedge fund strategy research; launch and development of new businesses platforms.
Mr. Einwohner received a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) and a Masters degree from the University of Pennsylvania. He also served as a gunner in the Armored Corps of the Israeli Defense Force and is a recipient of the Outstanding Soldier Award. Mr. Einwohner is a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Policy Council.
